This online platform serves as a central hub for managing and exploring metadata profiles of analytical activities in the archaeometry community. The initiative has been developed within the framework of National Research Data Infrastructure for Archaeological Objects (NFDI4Objects).

For laboratory practitioners, this is a place to register scientific instruments, define analytical methods, and manage workflows using rich, community-driven metadata profiles.

For archaeologists, the platform offers a single access point to discover laboratories and analytical techniques suited to their specific archaeological samples and research needs.

  • 1. Service Collection  
    The collection contains analytical services offered by the corresponding archaeometry labs. It summarises the basic information how to access the service, which material can be suitably analysed by a given service, as well as links to the service landing page, research references, and online resources.

    The collection comprises the operating analytical devices in the participating labs. It links to the service model through the analytical technique and complies with the PIDINST schema developed by the Research Data Alliance.
